Most products have an original manufacturers warranty, which in some cases may be longer than 1-year. In order to activate your warranty, please fill out and mail the Warranty Information Sheet that will be enclosed with your order

We certainly want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase however, due to abuse of our liberal reutrn policy, the following return policy need to be fullfilled. Please obtain a return authorization number issued from PURELYSECURITY.COM before returning your item. Merchandise accepted for return, with all original packaging, paperwork and manuals, and in new condition is subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the original purchase price.
